Community Support and Gentle Yoga for those therapists who are more intuitive, empathetic, and perceptive but may be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism or exhaustion.

High Sensitivity is a trait found in 15-20% of the population, characterized by deep thinking/processing, emotional responsiveness, heightened empathy and awareness of subtleties. Up to 50% of clients are Highly Sensitive, along with many therapists.
To help with the transition from our slow Summer months into the busy Fall clinical season, we’ll be slowing down to enjoy restorative yoga and quiet self-reflection through writing and art.

Dress comfortably. We recommend wearing loose, cozy layers.
Bring a water bottle and a journal or notebook.
Yoga mats and all props will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own or anything you need to feel comfortable.
Do not eat or drink too much 30 minutes before arriving, but feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy after yoga.
