 San Francisco Bay Area Gentle Yoga Class for Highly Sensitive Therapists

Gentle Yoga Class

A 75-minute welcoming class taught by a therapist and designed to ground, embody and sustain those who support others. (all levels welcome)

Each gathering will begin with a brief check-in and time for self-reflection through journaling. We’ll then move into a gentle yoga class taught be a fellow psychotherapist. For those who wish to stay, we’ll reserve time for a community discussion following yoga. See details below:

No RSVP required, but please arrive promptly at 1:30pm to get settled in.

Pay at the door (credit or cash - exact change only)

  • Dress comfortably.

  • Bring a water bottle and a journal or notebook.

  • Yoga mats and props will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.  

  • Do not eat or drink too much 30 minutes before arriving.

This gathering is organized by Shanna Dew and April Snow, two Highly Sensitive Therapists practicing in the Bay Area.
